By the time you reach this step, your organization has implemented one or more of the recommendations. Use the prompts below to evaluate the impact of the recommendation.
This evaluation process is modeled after the (Be)Longing Assessment Framework introduced on page 32 of the report, “Cultivating Belonging in Clackamas County.” Please revisit this section of the report for more background and context about this approach.
Note: we use the term “Clackamas county residents” to mean both community members your organization serves as well as employees of your organization. Assess the recommendation’s impact on the appropriate and relevant population group.
