We're Hiring :: Advocacy Manager

The Coalition of Communities of Color is hiring an Advocacy Manager to help lead our legislative and electoral work as an alliance of 20 culturally specific organizations and strengthen our mission of advancing racial justice.

We're seeking an experienced advocate with a strong background in coalition building and grasstops organizing, who thrives in highly collaborative environments and shares our values and commitment to racial justice and equity.

The Advocacy Manager will also serve as the Political Manager for our affiliate 501(c)(4) organization, Building Power for Communities of Color, and its lobbying and candidate-related activities. 

We encourage candidates with a range of experience levels to apply. In the event of an exceptionally qualified candidate, CCC may consider restructuring the role as a director-level position responsible for program management.
