The Coalition of Communities of Color’s (CCC’s) BIPOC Data Network supports connection and collaboration among BIPOC researchers, organizers, and practitioners. The network creates space to share data, knowledge, and equitable, decolonized practices across sectors.

CCC’s BIPOC Data Network was created to address a clear gap for communities of color: There has been no formal system for sharing information and building relationships across public health, environmental justice, labor, housing, and related fields. Instead of working in silos or recreating data from scratch, our network centers collaboration over competition; it invites folks – from students to professionals with decades of experience – to share insight, opportunities, and build a community of practice.
Over the past few months, 33 community members have joined and are helping to shape this justice-oriented, community-led network. Together, they contribute diverse methods, perspectives, and a shared commitment to innovative and inclusive data practices.
Looking ahead, the BIPOC Data Network will:
Continue growing a cross-sector community rooted in shared learning
Host virtual and in-person trainings and gatherings
Launch tools such as a confidential listserv and the Circle App to support connection and collaboration
A gift today ensure that CCC’s BIPOC Data Network has a strong start in the New Year and fuels this community's growing impact in 2026. To support BIPOC Researchers, donate here.
